This Anker SOLIX E10 kit combines the power module, one 6,144Wh B6000 battery and the Anker SOLIX Smart Generator 5500. The tri-fuel generator (gasoline, propane or natural gas) recharges the E10 over DC at up to 4,500W, so you can keep going through extended outages.

Do I need an electrician?
Yes for any connection to your home. Anker states a professional electrician is required to install the Smart Inlet Box or Power Dock and handle the main grid connection.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Yes. The E10 power module and battery are NEMA 4X (IP66) and Anker says to install them outdoors year-round. The Smart Inlet Box and Power Dock are NEMA Type 3R.
Where can the generator run?
Outdoors only. Never run the Smart Generator 5500 in a garage, basement or other enclosed space.
Can it ship to California?
No. The Smart Generator 5500 is not CARB-approved, so this kit can't ship to California.
