AURORA reaches up to 21 SEER2 and up to 10.5 HSPF2. Its biggest advantage is not that its maximum SEER2 is slightly higher than ENTRA’s. The bigger advantage is how the system is designed to perform when outdoor temperatures are low.

The tradeoff is equipment cost. If you live in a warm climate and mainly want air conditioning, paying more for -13°F operation may not provide much practical value. If you live where winter nights regularly fall below 5°F, the added cost is easier to justify.
