Garrett and the others at Chill Mini Spits were very courteous and professional. Everything they promised was completed. I would highly recommend Chill Mini Splits.

Everything with my order went very well... except the line sets. I was told the 3 line sets would ship from another location which was fine, but I was only delivered 1 of the 3 lines sets required. I immediately emailed to make you aware of this situation, but was told not to worry that they would probably show up in a few days. 3 days later when they hadn't arrived yet, I emailed again with no response. At the time of this review, it has been over a week since the original email notification that the line sets still hadn't arrived. Since that time I have tried 3 additional times via email to obtain assistance... with no response.
