I purchased a 3 ton ducted system to replace my old heat pump. Super easy with the pre charged lines. One small problem that was easily solved by the technician.
I ordered the wrong coupler and they noticed a mismatch in my order set and gave me a call to confirm before shipping. I described what i needed and they swapped out my order on the spot. Saved me a return order and delay of shipment!
Had issues with the delivery address and chill reached out immediately and had everything taken care of.

Very simple to install. It will be a nice addition to my shop.
The mounting for the zip ties is not a great design, the black slide in clip would just pop loose with any pressure applied! I had to drill new holes for the new zip ties i added to support the line sets! Too big of gaps where the pieces snap together to keep out the bugs that will eventually find a new home! Overpriced for what it is! One box was missing a 4ft. cover, so i spliced the short leftover pieces to make it work!
Unit showed up with a lot of missing parts. Great customer service got the missing parts out quickly. Way to go Mr. Cool.
Installation went exactly as described in the instructions. Works beautifully and efficiently ... best part is it is incredibly quiet inside and the outside Condenser. very pleased with the choice.
I did not receive the surge protector. UPS told me that they received an empty box from Chill and returned it to the chill warehouse. Was charged but no answer from Chill. Very disappointing.

Everything went together fairly easy for me, maybe build the line set covers a better quality? The zip tie slide attachments did not work for me ,they keep falling out,so i drilled my own holes for zip ties! So far i'm liking it,remote control will turn on other window air conditioners, must be programed in the same china factory!
