Love the unit, especially how well it reduces the Gulf moisture from the air down here in New Orleans. The instructions were clear and the savings from the DIY installation were much appreciated.

This is the second Mr. Kool mini split I installed this year. This was a little more complex as it is a double head unit. The delivery was delayed but not the fault of chill. Mother Nature slowed it down. Garrett was great to work with and the unit was delivered on a pallet, packed well.

We never got the unit shipped. Dont buy from this place. I have tried calling about a dozen times and never get anyone.

I am highly satisfied with my 4 ton ducted mini split. The install took me a couple of days but it was not difficult to understand. The pre charged lines made it so much easier and convenient. It instantly made a difference in the home temp.

The product arrived in a box that was in very poor condition. One end was completely open. No instructions or parts list was provided. I’m sure that I will get through the installation using the internet and DIY videos. I sent an email to the manufacturer and received no reply. Not real happy about that purchase experience.

I installed a 4 Ton Hyper Heat with a Furnace last week from Chill. Shipping and purchase was a breeze, everything came as advertised in perfect shape. Got everything installed in a couple of days and now we are nice and cool. Would use Chill again in a heartbeat.

The stand was very easy to assemble, it’s sturdy and easily supports the mini split. It’s powder coated so it can withstand the elements it will face. Overall a good product.

We ordered what it told us according to size of mr cool and it isnt big enough to go around the wiring

So far so good. Makes the minisplit work a lot better than relying on thermistor at top of head. The set point feature is nice too. Thinkjng about getting another one for the other head

Had a friend who is a Heating and Air that made sure everything was hooked up right and good seals. Fast delivery of minisplit unit 27000btu with three zones. Purchased the line set covers and pad and rubber risers. Everything went smoothly and love the self diagnosis before start up. One thing, if you are spray foaming the wall tubs. Make sure to shut off the main unit or you will get a freon leak sensor alert.

Works better than expected. Simple to install. Very quiet operation. We use it to maintain the climate in a battery storage room. This unit has very low power use.

Absolutely Amazing! My husband was able to instsll himself was fairly easy and has helped keep our house cool during these 100 degree summer days. Our house stays between 70-74 at all times. Would 1000% recommend!

So, so extremely happy with my mini split system. My boyfriend had it installed in just a couple of days and didn't seem to struggle with directions. He did watch several how to videos online and I think that helped a lot. The only issue we encountered was bot understanding that some "master" valve (??) needed to be opened for a setup with multiple indoor units. The directions didn't clarify that and the indoor units weren't blowing cool air at all. I went to the website to send a help chat at almost 9 pm, thinking I'd get a response in the morning. However I recieved an auto generated AI type response based on what I said the problem was. The response gave specific troubleshooting ideas to check and that's what actually gave us the answer as to what was wrong! It was kind of amazing, actually! The system is up and running and saved us during some extreme heat temps! Never looking back, so worth it!!!!
