The Harvest Right Countertop 360 freeze dryer in stainless steel is a compact home freeze dryer built to fit right on your kitchen counter. It holds 5 to 9 lbs. of fresh food per batch and can preserve up to 1,500 lbs. of fresh food per year.
The industrial vacuum pump and drain pan are built into the machine, so there is no separate pump to set up. It runs on a standard 110-volt outlet and comes with 4 stainless steel trays and a Mylar starter kit so you can package food right away. Model HRFDCSS-PP.
